Ahhh... once again the UK Govt is taking a sledgehammer to crack a walnut. Why do we need them considering the Uk has the highest CCTV to person ratio in the world? When the People's Republic of China hosted the Olympics it had a 110 000 soldiers and police officers inside Bejing, they had surface-to-air missiles inside the city! They also had 34 000 soldiers outside Bejing including 74 military aircraft's  and 44 helis
