It must be seriously considered the hypothesis of the floods as a product of HAARP.

The third last photo is HAARP induced cloud. Look at it closely, the wave patterns and formation of the shape cannot appear naturally.

Did Hillary said that Russia and China will pay the price...? And Putin and Russia sleep (China also, but in the beginning it is the Russia's turn)... It can not be so huge flood in less than 30 minutes in any natural weather cicumstances! As a few days ago on the south of Russia, where the flood wave was 8 m high!!!

If we allow ourselves to question all possiblilities then we must inevitably look into manmade weather modification as a form of warfare. Research HAARPHigh Frequency Active Auroral ResearchPatent# 4686605This is not a product of the people of the USA, but a product of the international bankers in control of the country at this time.

What in the world is happened now. In North Hemisphere, it always rain even though is by far one of the most toughest places to survived as cold winter everywhere, but never rain that much due to it always in a tropical. While, In Equator where I lived right now, It is always a sunny day without raining as everyone is going to the Swimming Pool and Beach to cool off from the rusty heat. I don't why, It happening and maybe this could be the future of the climate change or is just coincidence believe by their own benefit Only time can tell.

All the snow that has melted in Siberia, Norway, Iceland, Canada, Antarctica... had to go somewhere. Since water cannot disappear into the outer space and make the Moon fertile, it has to fall down somewhere. So these kinds of things have been happening a lot in the last 15 years (all over the world), and it is now Russia's turn, next week it will be some other place. I am sorry for all the damage and for the dead people (luckily the number in Moscow is way smaller than the one last week), but this kind of extreme weather will be much more pronounced in the years to come, as the meltdown just accelerates extreme conditions and further melting.

I am thinking of going on holidays to Bangladesh or the Maldives this year, because by the year 2015, they will most likely not exist any more. I am lucky I've seen Venice and lived in Amsterdam, because they do not have more than another 15-20 years.

Hmm, seems like these random rainstorms and strange spontaneous weather events are only a simple product of mother nature! yup, yup, just mother nature, couldn't be anything else....
