Agreed, On my initial speculation, her skin is very pale.No tan = no sunshine = no vitamin D = makes people depressed. She seethed against her husband, and killed their kids to hurt him.
She should have went out side, to get sunshine, and feed her children grass, which is dirt cheap and full of enough calcium and protein to construct the bone and muscle matter of thousand pound cows.
Once, my sister became depressed after looking at the holes in my shoes. I was extremely proud of them, that I followed Adam Smith's economic advice to buy durable and not replace until completely unusable. The holes in my shoes were a symbol of my superior "wealth of nations" like Warren Buffet's dirt cheap life style.

Russia has (today!) more homeless children than USSR had after WW2. And people call this poor woman crazy... yes, crazy, but not as crazy as it is to have a country that makes MORE profits on gas&oil than any nation on earth, and still has such poverty and misery inside its borders. Add to this de decline - or genocide if you wish - of about 1,5 million Russians per year.

Go on you Putin fanatics, explain why it has to be this way. Why is it that Russian people have to either live in misery or die?! Why is the govt so inhumane and careless?

Everything people need can be created self-sufficiently on land once that land has a basic level of infrastructure. Russians have so much land after revenge against the khan-hoards. The last I heard Putin was giving land to non-speculators for free. Russians must get back to their agriculture roots. The old religions of Rus were agricultural gods, because we were an agricultural people since the beginning of time. All large populations, like the Chinese, became large because they were rural and agricultural. All megalopolitan populations will die off, like the original Romans, the inner city Chinese, and New York City with crazy "King"Rockefeller preaching mass-soylent-murder- eugenics.

You brought up an irrelevant comment about Russia and Putin.  Putin this.  Putin that.  What does Putin have to do with this woman? homeless children are not mentioned in this article.  I rarely hate on the US on this site.  The others have "serve the enemy" syndrome.  It's like, they want revenge or something on the US, so they hate on it.  It's funny.  Russia is really number one of my suspect list for caring about poor, ordinary Americans. I try to bring up my topics whenever I can.  If you haven't noticed my postings..  It's a form of self-preservation.  If I go down, the truth will be known...

Every second time in every single comment on RT I read "but USA this" and "in USA that". People here are just obsessed with USA!  There is probably less discussion and less topic brought up about USA on any american forum than right here on RT. It's a mania!

Get on topic - this is about Russia. USA has nothing to do with Russian gvt being greedy oligarchs and piling up their riches while the common people go crazy over the living conditions.

@guest, another thing that few people know unless they've experienced it is that the US does do things like silent massacres.  They usually go after undesirables, but they target mostly people that are not valued, like loners, people without families, etc. You never notice it because nobody cares about these people.  They have occasional mass sacrifices that you'd see if you look at statistics, but they'll try to hide that too. In fact, we just went through one.  They keep an illusion up to keep Americans happy, healthy animals.  I was just a witch about it because I popped up in their system, but people care about me, and I do plan on being productive again in some sense.

@guest, I was thinking about that today after reading a history book, how lucky I am to be here, but it won't last forever, and it's a rarity in human history.  We'll eventually fall behind and then it won't be possible. Russia is trying to conserve resources by not spending them on worthless causes.  Instead of Welfare, they have Cellfare.  Thousands of children are locked up.  Truly, in the scheme of things, most don't matter. They only need to pluck the good ones from the vine then let the others die.  Now the US does have an advantage in that it gets the innocent and productive children from the wasteland.   It's given the state more variety and talent.  However, they have to drag us along to keep the values.  The US decided to end true poverty by looking at all the causes of it: disability, poor education, limited opportunities. Even if Russia wanted to, it isn't advanced enough to do something like what we've done anyway.  Due to the high quality of life, I think that we should just agree to die at retirement age to spare resources.  We have good lives.  Eastern Europeans don't tend to live along even in healthy, wealthy states.  It's a shame to make their short stay unpleasant, but it's just where they are in time.

Humans are malleable creatures and can revert to animal-like behaviour very quickly under the right circumstances. (as may be demonstrated soon enough).
Converse ly : humans who may be disturbed, violent, depressed, lazy or however 'defective' can be easily rehabilitated if their 'circumstances' are positively changed.
We are all but sheeple.

she needs to be dealt with as she has done to her children, no life in prison, just death,....how can anyone kill their own children, if life is so bad, ask for help, if nothing else, kill yourself,, and leave the children with neighbours...do you know the terror those children felt as they fell, and knew they would die, scared all the way to death....GOD HELP THEM.....I am so angry at this woman, I am so sad for these two beautiful young children.....

@zooropa,  what happened seems unbelievably selfish, but it's Mother Nature.  No matter how hard we fight, we are animals at the end of the day--all of us.  What she did is some sort of instinct gone haywire.  Her punishment should be therapy.  Her life is already over.  The best chance she has is to start over and stay in the prison colony.  She'll never find decent employment again, even if she gets out. The judge should realize this and her mental instability and give her life.  There's no need to beat the dead horse.
Rubbish. We are not animals we are Human Beings. Animals are hard wired with instinctive drives. Evolved Humans are supposed to be the masters of their own thoughts and emotions. You tell me what animal is capable of planning its own future. Only humans can. She`s no animal, she`s just an evil wicked selfish witch.
