ICC is going to be investigating NATO's war crimes in Libya? As the world's hottest band's singer put it to his audiance while singing " Stairway to Heaven" DOES ANYBODY REMEMBER THE LAUHGTER? Very well paid judges, prosecutors and the other staff of ICC are very corrupt, but they are not stupid enough to cut the hand that feeds them.

OK the "ICC" They have no teeth and the roots  are in France" their power in the brace of America ,Brittan and France"
this is but a smoke screen at best" if they find crimes with NATO ((which its plain to the blind there are and they far out weigh Gaddafi crimes)) ICC will play it down and do nothing! The world watched America team up with Iraq and arm Sadam when he was coomiting his worse crimes ((and none did nothing or said a thing)) Once America was mad at Sadam the world watch and listen to American propaganda and allowed America to invade a country and destroy it,murder innocent people for an ope lie of weapons he never had and the world watched as America and its allies over threw that government and murder that the leader and the world did nothing....

Notice nobody is in a hurry to rebuild in libya - People there are well educated. They know as in Iraq all the birth defects and cancers due to the depleated ureanium weapons . In the case of libya its the new enriced  ureanium used . Everbody who can are getting the hell out of there.

Just another distraction.  Did anyone ever get held accountable for Pat Tillman's death?  The Military lied to the family and said it was Taliban that killed him.  Then a secret memo appeared showing he was killed by friendly fire with order from whom?  No one was ever held accountable.  The orders came from above and no one was ever punished.  Bush has never been held accountable for his actions in 9/11 and Obama hasn't been held accountable for his illegal wars.  So what do you think they will do with NATO?

I think that ICC will bring justice to the Libya and all that are dead will be bring back to life.

Children that lost their arm, legs, tongues, etc. by the NA. T.O humaintarian aerial attacks on their playgrounds will get their limbs back and those who lost everything will get everything back.

na.t o. is good and so is ICC.

long live the n.a t.o.  and their owners - the banksters!

hu rray!!!

ICC has to do what he supports to do in order to bring justice to the person.

I mean how gullible are people these days. The ICC and the UN are nothing more than shills to legitimize western imperialism and isolate countries that don't play ball.
Rober ta Kelly, well put.

So the kangaroo court alias ICC is trying to look all high and mighty and just?! Please, throw some more dust in our eyes. ICC is exactly as the UN , a curtain organization that serve to allow warmongers all the freedom&nbs p;to destroy, steal and kill under the pretense&nb sp;of justice. What a joke!

Perhaps the ICC should look into the suspicious role of Hu Jintao, who effectively was President of the United Nations Security Council in March, 2011.

Honestly the damage has already been done so who cares. It amusing that the same US owned court is somehow going to investigate its pay master. I mean how gullible are people these days. The ICC and the UN are nothing more than shills to legitimize western imperialism and isolate countries that don't play ball. I'm sure the NTC hired hands will get the same "investigation" and verdict for their crimes against humanity involving the executions of prisoners of war, mass rape and torture that NATO gets. (Guilty but powerful or Guilty but in the service of power = "Innocence")

Who cares who's named in any future warrants resulting in an War Crimes chage over the NATO over-reach of Security Counsel Resolution 1973 "No-Fly Zone" operations. The focus should be to do a through investigation of all events, insidents, blast and bombing sites, mass-murders, shootings and structural damage to this country. The current NTC is incapable of this type of forensic investigation and has a vested interest in concealing much of their own crimes, but will benefit as a full-accounting can lead to a map for reconcilliation, reconstruct and compensation as warrant.

NATO receives Federal Credit from the US which is the Constitutional REPUBLIC monies, that is, computer keystrokes, and this public government ownership of the right for Americans' to COIN their own money is good law to this very day.

How NATO became the private recipient of the Republic's Federal Credit is no mystery when the Federal Reserve Systems' history is transparent.

The United Nations' was and is a Rockefeller private ownership sold to the American people as though a benevolent humanitarian protector of all earth.

The UN and NATO are private transnational corporations owned primarily by foreign investors' whom also own Israel.

Thus, the most dangerous weaponry on earth is a US-UN-NATO-ISRAEL VOO DOO MONSTER.

Liby a did not stand a chance and China and Russia had better correct the organic record in the universe, or else the universe's standard is to hold accountable the stronger that were/are to protect the lesser, remember Big Bears and Five Elemental Dragons.

The Libyan pre-emptive war was again a US (Shadow-Gov) il legal and immoral war, example in Jan-2011 of same year UN Human Relations Council was doing a review of Libya with a number of nations writing accolades about lifestyle of citizens above that of some Arab/African neighbors (free healthcare, education, etc). This included three (3) top level US Congressmen in year-2005 traveling to Tripoli making promises and suggesting a bright future with Gaddafi. Certainly again US-Media filled citizens before this war with propaganda based upon lies and false-flag misinformation.  ;NATO as a strong arm of Super Powers (such as 'NATO Stay Behind Armies' military-Gladio Terrorism in Italy) and around the world are example why this Black Operation needs be totally eliminated, along with the US Presidents own (private) military called CIA-Paramilitary.&nb sp;About the only way to end this perpetual war (Military Industrial economy) here in America, is to vote out entirely (all) Dem/Gop corruption withing government, and elect radical Constitutionalist, Federalist, and any other that will end the Cirp-Gov empire.

If the ICC finds NATO guilty of War Crimes, in whose name(s) will the warrant of arrest? When it was Libya, they named SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS i.e. Gaddafi etc. So I await the day warrants of arrest will be issued for Obama, Cameron, Sarkozy and named NATO commanders and generals who ordered "sorties" just like I ordered a pizza....and look out of the window THERE IS A PIG FLYING!
