No, on the contrary, it is Russia being short sighted for thinking it can have any partnership with the US and NATO. This training excercise in Georgia is, and has always been an insurgency training course, just like the training over the last couple of years, has been by US advisors in Georgia. The game plan of NATO is simple, start conflicts on Russia's borders. Get Russia involved, then deplete it with insurgency. So we should recognise this and develop clear policy to counter it, not policy that allows it to happen. There is merit in getting close to your enemies, but this only works, if you always remember who your enemies are. For Russia it is a pipe dream to think of the US or NATO as anything else other than deadly enemies. If you do they will quickly become your masters. They care not for international law, and will invade any country that suits them, lying to the UN if needs be. If you have natural resources, then you are a hydrocarbon target, so understand it, if you have wealth, the US, EU and NATO burglars will stop at nothing to take it away. Let's be honest, they are stealing off their own people on a daily basis, to pay for a banking class, civil service class and political party card holder class. If they do it to their own, a foreigner doesn't stand a chance.

Mister Medvedev will have to realize soon or later that there is absolutly no sincerity in Mr Obama's politics. As I said before; like our "clown" Sarkozy, the US president knows all the tricks for talking to say nothing and most of all, to do nothing. It is unfortunate for the american people, for russians, europeans and whole mankind but; his election was coordinated with that phony economic crisis in a well anticipated purpose. So far, we have seen nothing else that a planetary diplomatic furbery show; in which, unfortunatly, russian leaders participated. Once more, I shall say this: Ignore that "Barnum-Obama Circus" and his european "collabos"; make Russia a good country, the example, America failed to be, which mankind desperatly needs; work with sincere countries (there are plenty). Then everything will fall into place and the futur will be braight. Think seriously about this ! Thank You for all humans! Sincerely. Jean-Claude Meslin Tel: +33450240275

Had Georgia been a member of NATO, under the standards of NATO governance it would not have been able to attack its breakaway regions, and Russia would not have been able to politically separate these from Georgia. Avoiding which of these events does Moscow regret? And which aspects of future stability which NATO membership would bring to Georgia, just as it does to its other members, does Russia object to?

It seems to me that you do not understand what I, and many other peoples write. America is like any other country, including Russia who has adopted the free enterprise system, commonly called: capitalism. When money become more important than human, then the later become the slave of that money; he loose by his own free will all liberties. A man who each month, for whatever reason, must give half or more of his wages to a bank become, by his own choice: a slave. This rule apply everywhere and is instigated by the small minority to whom this system profit. The first article of the american constitution is: all men are created equal. We find an identical phrase in the declaration of human's rights. It was the biggest joke ever made. It has never been applyed; neither in the USA or in France or anywhere else. When we see the abuses made on that subject in the past half century, since we pretend to be so smart and sophisticated, we get to wander: what futur has mankind ! It is a fact: the capitalist system and the american way of life; what by abusing the vocabulary, we have the guts to call: "democracy" is nothing but a huge bluff. It confirm what Julius Cesar was supposed to have said 2000 years ago: Governing idiots is so much easier than leading well educated peoples; the first ones don't ask questions. The BRIC countries and mostly Russia had the opportunity to request a complete change at the G-20 meeting. They did not change anything, except sucking up to the capitalist masters in total admiration before the "Barnum- Obama-Circus" show which goes on. For how long, this will continue ? How sincere is that man ? When will the US president remove all his military and spying installations set-up outside America; including that useless and stupid anti-missiles 'shield. Why can the 95 % of humans who are not US citizen deceide to boycott and embargo America until she become a decent member of the communauty of nations. What the USA did to Cuba can be done to them ! I am convinced that if someone courageous will talk frankly and firmly to the american decisions'makers, many citizen of the USA will applaud. Like the rest of us they are tired to see a few thousand croocks putt in peril the great majority of humans...Sorry Futur Generations ! Sincerely... Jean-Claude Meslin Tel: +33450240275
