B.S.G - Nice comments. In human kind, it is almost as if we need learn this all over again, we need to learn, to learn individuality again, and the strength individuals acting as a group can have. Strong groups always come from strong individuals cooperating. Weak groups condition individualality out. In this little girls case, I wish her well, I wonder what she will become, based in part on this experience! Good luck to her!

iI think the father should go to Jail for the abuse and horrible neglect and not caring to know his little girl, his child (a little girl who appears so adorable and would love someone if she were to be loved and cared for) is being raised by animals and is not growing properly, and she Barks like a dog. What kind of family is this? Little girls are suppose to be loved, protected and cared for. Do they have government funded food programs in this country? The mother should go to jail and afterwards recieve some extensive child care and learn how to be a descent mother of her other children. For the adorable little Natasha, I hope and pray she recieves the care, medical and people to work with her, and eventually goes to a loving home. I wish Dr. Phil would get involved and make sure she gets the kind of help she will need. Thank God for the authorities in this country. thank goodness for the dogs.

It was very cruel. Natasha's father mustn't have heart and brain. I really shocked to hear this news. A little girl wearing dirty cloth and speak using animal language. It was fortunate the police and the child care to rescue Natasha fast.
