NATO foreign ministers have agreed at a meeting in Brussels to resume formal ties with Russia. Relations between Moscow and the alliance were suspended after Russia repelled Georgia's attack on South Ossetia last August.

NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer hopes the alliance will fully restore top-level relations with Russia by restarting the activities of Russia-NATO Council, NATO Spokesman James Appathurai said on Wednesday.

All very well!!But to put US_Russ relations on stronger footing, you should know which foot is stronger and which is the weaker foot, or else yoou could make a mistake'about it..!!And then you should also be sure about the ground, because 'ground does not always mean a foot-ball ground ,but could very well mean a battle ground!! In that case,things get a little complicated. Then again the ground has to sustain the weight of the 'strong footing' or else it will all be bogged..foot and all!!we don't want THAT do we!! from Raaj
