Noticed some bias, here:   A new chapter in the annals of Army Veteran civil disobedience has been written, as two Vietnam war veterans who joined Occupy Boston protests deliberately and repeatedly disobeyed a polite request from city officials suffered injuries after challenging, and then being beaten by police and arrested along with some 50 other demonstrators. &nbs p; You're welcome

TimM, Are we to believe that you look out of your window 100% of the time, and that you do no work, or don’t ever even go to the bathroom, or go home, or that you have arranged a 100% Rota in you company to cover the observations. Also are we to believe that your vantage point covers 100% of the activities, in good light and in bad, and the view is always unimpeded, with police and protesters stepping out the way, so your view are always plain sight. Are we also to believe that just because someone agrees a code of conduct, that doesn’t mean they aren’t barred from that conduct -whereas in truth you can agree to comply with a barring. Are we also to swallow your statement on tents not being destroyed, when you present no actual evidence to back up you claims other than an attempted slight of hand to ‘back it up’ with other unrelated statements on ‘friendly dealings…. TimM, you use strong words “lying” and weave in hearsay into your presentation, to paint the picture as you see it. Nothing wrong with that, but there is something definitely wrong with you accusing others of being Liars, when the supporting evidence you supply looks at best weak, or at worst contrived.

BTW there is tons actual video footage of the arrests in Boston, specifically of the arrests of the war veterans, on you tube. It happened at night. Some people think they know everything without checking it out.

TimMFrom what I have read there were 2 camps. The original camp still stands, but the second camp was dismantled and that's where the arrests were, in the middle of the night. So unless you can visually see the second camp, you made not have noticed that something happened there. Also, unless you are at work 24 hours per day so you can keep a constant eye on the camps, you may have also missed arrests that may happen when you are not at work. Just saying

It looks liked American people are living in the police state.   The U.S.A. is more liked the Asia countries.   The freedom of the U.S.A. is death.

Well... RT’s Lucy Kafanov should be repremanded for flat out lying.    My office looks out directly onto Dewey Square (which sits in front of Boston's South Station).   ; None of the protester's tents were torn down, nor has the little village of protesters been disturbed by Police.   In fact, the Boston Police have kept their distance.  While the protesters (who I support) marched up and down Atlantic Avenue yesterday (Monday October 10th), the Boston Police kept their distance, their only interaction was directing traffic away from the protesters. &nb sp; My coworkers and I looked out our conference room watching all of this in plain sight.   I was also impressed to see mini-ambulances (basically little 4 wheelers) with stretchers and bottled water slowly patrolling behind the protesters in case anyone fell ill or needed water.    I also read the press release by the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy this morning, which is in support of Freedom of Speech, and basically states the following,  "As you may know, activists have pitched tents on the Dewey Square lawn, as part of Occupy Boston. All scheduled Greenway events are going for, as planned. Occupy Boston organizers have been cooperative with the Conservancy and the Boston Police Department to date, and have agreed to avoid the planting beds and adhere to common sense rules of conduct."   S o... not only is this article incorrect in stating that any tents were torn down, it is also incorrect in stating that any protesters were evicted.   &n bsp; Again... I support the protesters (I'm a member of the Democratic Socialists of America).... but I do not support irresponsible journalism, which defines this poorly written article.   SH AME ON RT... YOU KNOW BETTER.

Neither Obama nor any President has any real power.  They are knowingly  puppets of the International Bankers and the Rothchilds. In this role they become multi-millionaires .  Any president that gets out of line is assassinated.  This now applies to all Government heads of state world wide.   People need to go after those who are really responsible.  It is not the self-serving President of the United States. Political leaders are nothing more than lackeys for those actually running our world.  Get rid of one self-serving leader....another just pops up.  Russia and Eastern European countries are no exception either.  Perhaps China still has some autonomy.  Go after the people at the pinnacle of the pyramid,.

It's about time the American People woke-up to the massive diversion of our taxes dollars to expand corporate global war and bleed Americans of their collective voice over how we decide the path of our democracy. Nearly 4 Trillion USD spent trying to turn the Middle East into a virtual western oil and gas station and in the process destroy the lives of millions of innocent men, women and children who are being killed at an alarming rate either through direct military action or the use of proxy dictators and paid mercenaries acting as NATO indigenous foot soldiers. The setting up Israel as a nuclear armed forward operating base that is being shielded in the UN and UNSC with impunity as it kills, imprisons and intimidates the region into an every increasing game of threats, illegal and  resource confiscation. The gangster from Chicago, posing as president of the US, is the greatest embarassment to the office of our Presidency and should be stripped of the Nobal, labelled a War Criminal and brought before the Hague as the result of his actions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Somali, Yemen, Eygpt and his inaction over forming the correct leadership of our domestic economy.

That's it: Obama has lost all legitimacy and must step down, the peaceful protesters must be recognized as the new legitimate government and in the interim all US assets abroad must be frozen.Obama must leave the US, he must go!A no fly zone must be implimented over the states, Obama's family targeted by tomahawk missiles and a siege around Washington DC to cause a humanitarian cricis and starvation, with black americans massacred.Take the wallstreet money and rebuild Libya!Does this sound familiar?Oh yeah it does! What goes around comes around!
