OSCE special envoy to report on Caucasian crisis

The situation in Abkhazia and South Ossetia will be on the agenda at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's upcoming meeting in Toronto. Its special envoy for the Caucasus Goran Lennmarker will present a report on the crisis.
The Parliament of Canada will host the Autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
The Foreign Ministers of Russia and Georgia have been invited to the session.
At least one hundred and twenty OSCE observers are to be deployed in Abkhazia and South Ossetia by 1 October as Russian forces leave the buffer zones.
