How exactly is the UN not the place for Palestine to be born when both Israel and Palestine were born by UN resolution 181, The UN Partition Plan for Palestine? The one that the US voted for? This is ridiculous.

Folks aren't looking too deeply into this issue. First, any statehood package would cost Palestinians their right of return. Second, all you need is to fire a few uncanted (and therefore militarily useless) Qassam rockets over the border and Israel will be howling for (1) economic sanctions against the new state and (2) for UN peacekeepers to take over the killing of Palestinians.
This looks good neither way.

Mr. Obama is one of the smart guys. He may not have experiences on the business or economic.   In return, he is one of the smart guys who know how to play politic in the world stages as well as domestic stages.   It is too bad that world communities start to see who is real guy of the United States of the America in the world stages.

Not hing unusual for the blessed Barak Hussein Obama who lives in a perpetual state of confusion.  But, what else can be expected from a Chicago "street organizer"? Talk about a state of confusion - that was the US election of 2008 where the naive American people foolishly elected this Chicago hip hop dude to be their president.
But, Obama's advisors have warned him not to anger Israel, because the Israelis will even attack their friends out of fury if angered.  The Israelis attacked the US ship Liberty in 1967 killing 34 young sailors and wounding 170.  Last year, the Israelis attacked the Mavi Marmara sailing peacefully at night in international waters killing 9 Turks.  So, Obama has been warned not to anger the Israelis, and thus, he will wander aimlessly in the perpetual state of confusion, oblivious to the human rights of the Palestinian people to be recognized as the legitimate rulers of their very own land.
Don't feel sorry for this pathetic Obama - he is confused by nature.
