BRIC, particularly Russia and China could do far more in providing Humanitarian aid to Syrian refugees.

M r Cameron, who spoke during a school visit in Birmingham, said he would use the G20 meeting of world leaders in Russia later this week to press for help for the refugees as well as progress on diplomatic efforts to secure a stalled peace conference.

He added: "Now, that does not mean we do nothing on Syria. We are already the second largest aid donor in delivering the humanitarian aid that is so needed

Cameron is simply trying to save face face now!

The US was at one time, one of the finest democracies on the planet & many countries' constitution's emulate the highly revered US Constitution & Bill of Rights worldwide. Yet both Bush & now Obama are bent on destroying the US Constitution, while most Americans honor & swear allegiance to it, as do their military. What Obama is doing is a tragic betrayal of the American People, a people reknowned for inspiring other nations globally. Should the World abandon the American People in their hour of need, it would be the ultimate betrayal. The World must reach out & free America from the evil fascists besetting her.

Can see why Dmitry Peskov is Pres Putin's spokesman! Totally in control of the finer nuances of diplomacy! He put across Russia's stance in Syria & global affairs clear as crystal: International Rule of Law must be obeyed by every single country in the world. Russia is following this to the letter while currently, the US is not. Will the US descend into a fascist rogue state which views itself as the World's Policeman? Let's pray they come to their senses & if they do, the World will not denigrate them, but celebrate their courage to opt for a peaceful solution as the door to peace is always open & builds trust...

It's the US, KSA, UK, Israel, Turkey, Qatar & France that are supporting extra-governmental groups that are trying, by lethal force, to enter Syria illegally & attempt to violently overthrow the Assad government.

It's the US who's illegally supporting a foreign mercenary army & al-Qaeda in Syria.

Excellent summation. You can add Saudi to the pile of inveterates too!

Russia backs international law, not Assad? If Russia stopped backing Assad international law would allow something to be done about the human rights abuses in Syria.

Unfortunately, our administration is lately working in interest of Al-Qaeeda because members of Congress are working in interest of war machine!

BRIC countries are an important force in safeguarding regional and world peace and stability.
