I don't believe in that HAARP conspiracy thing. Maybe I would consider taking it seriously if someone would explain to me 3 things:
1- Being so powerful and dangerous, how could anyone operate it without being hurt themselves?
2- Wouldn't that gigantic surge in energy be detected by other nations (only about 1/3 of satellites are american)
3- How do you aim the bloody thing?? How can a device in Alaska target - let's say - a specific location in Iraq and leave Israel without a scratch?

Why do I feel Washington is behind the downing of the Russian rocket carrying the Mars Phobos probe and the Chinese  s at.?I can imagie the Pentagon and White House rubbing their hands in glee as they managed to sabotage the Russian-Chinese collaboration in space. Competition should not be encouraged. Besides, Mars is America's. No Chinese or Russian is going to lay claim to it or colonize it.  With their country bankrupt, it is clear, Washington is fearful, really fearful joint Russo-Chinese program will enable them Russians and Chinese be number one in space.  All that co-operation needs is just a tally of succesful joint projects!

As long as you are stuck with a malfunctioning space probe and it looks like you may lose your investment, you might as well blame a project that you suspect of being hazardous to your interests. It's one more way of bringing atttention to the HAARP Project which to this day doesn't seem to have a valid reason to exist.

If you can't find any obvious reasons why this satelite failed, it may just be some unlucky coincidence, or it may also be some more conspiratory like reason for the sudden increase of Russian mishaps with their usually so solid and stable space programme. If it is not this HAARP system sending out som EMP, it might just be some of the many lazerweapons-testing from the US, I don't know! But if you have the possibility to explore that option, then I suggest you do!! It seems strange that so many unmanned rockets with expensive and important Russian sattelite  hardware onboard has failed!! But please do not give up your rock-solid spaceprogramme!!!

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has accused the USA of using HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) based weapons to create earthquakes. HAARP is an ionospheric research program that is jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, located on an US Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. 
HAA RP has the ability to manipulate weather and produce earthquakes, since it is capable of directing almost 4 Mega Watts powerful radio waves in the 3 to 10 MHz region of the HF band up into the ionosphere. This energy can be bounced off of the ionosphere and permeate the earth and subsequently cause strong intense oscillations along fault lines of targeted areas to produce earthquakes.  Using HAARP, depending on the frequency, focusing, wave shape, adversaries can induce at a distant aiming point, a variety anomalous weather phenomena such as hurricanes, flooding, or drought. 
An y naturally-occurring earthquake has a ‘pulse-wave’ and several recent earthquakes did not have a pulse effect, indicating to seismologists that they could not have been caused naturally. According to several countries including Russia, China and Venezuela, HAARP type technology weapons are used against several countries causing severe destructions in Haiti, Japan, Russia, China, Iran, Chile, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Turkey, India, Sri Lanka etc. 

The timing of this is just a day after the Russian President leveled a Cold War threat at the united States about its ballistic missile defense program.  In Ria Novsosti, the same officer also raised "concern" about missile defense radars and how they might "interfere" with space activities.

C oincidence?  Probably not, but what is clear is the Russian Federation has dusted off the propaganda playbook it used during the Cold War.

We Americans have gotten so arrogant, greedy, and bullying; we start wars at the drop of any hat that looks threatening. And all for money.
MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!  America is headed for self destruction because of it's greed and arrogance.
