Midnight boat tour turns to tragedy in Moscow

Ten people have drowned in western Moscow after a pleasure boat collided with a moored barge and sank. Another seven have been rescued, but are in a state of shock; two were sent to hospital.

So soon after the 'Bulgaria'....Very tragic...Boat safety is obviously a problem on Russian rivers and should be addressed....(see RT article 'Check-up')...The Russians have to be more cautious about their construction & operating standards because their weather is so much more harsh.
