Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has been harvesting the fruits of his position in central Russia, where he took the drivers seat in a Russian made combine harvester, under the watchful eye of an instructor.

Medvedev arrived in the city of Oryol on Friday to discuss the situation concerning the nation's agriculture.
