Amelie Mauresmo grabs her 24th WTA title

Amelie Mauresmo has won the final of the Diamond games in Antwerp. The top seed beat Belgian Kim Clijsters in straight sets 6-4, 7-6 to claim her 24th career WTA title.
Clijsters did make a match of it in the second but the Frenchwoman’s power from the back of the court was just too much in the end.Mauresmo will now receive a diamond studded racquet worth 1 MLN Euros.
