Argentineans gaze at brightest comet seen in 40 years

Hundreds of people have gathered in the Argentinean capital, Buenos Aires, to watch a natural phenomenon and perhaps to make a wish. They eagerly waited to witness comet McNaught as it passed over the country.
For an hour people watched its progress through binoculars and telescopes.McNaught's comet was first spotted in August last year, but this month it became the brightest to be seen in more than 40 years, and gained the unofficial title of the Great Comet of 2007.
