As warm weather makes an early appearance in the Russian capital, people are being put at risk by pieces of ice falling from roofs. Every year 2,000 workers come out to fight the danger posed by the icicles but people are still hurt by the heavy pieces of
Last year a man in Russia’s city of Nizhny Novgorod received $US 40,000 dollars in compensation for being hurt by an icicle.
