He is young, he is popular, and he is bald! Grisha the cockerel was born without feathers and has failed to grow any in his short life. But despite his looks he's still a star of the farm-yard in Russia’s south.
At first his owners thought he wouldn't survive – but Grisha has made the most out of the hand nature has dealt him.
With no plumage to preen, he dedicates his time to eating. And he's eaten so much, he's now one of the biggest birds – fat and happy.
Grisha also gets to impress his feathered friends with his wardrobe – he has around ten handmade jackets and trousers.
His owners say though he's good enough to eat, they have no intention of roasting him.
