It’s now the UEFA cup or bust for CSKA Moscow after the Russian champions threw away a two-goal lead to crash to a 4-2 defeat to Inter Milan in the Champions League.

After going two up through strikes from Brazilians Jo and Vagner Love, it was looking good for the army men at the famous San Siro.

But within three minutes the advantage was gone.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Esteban Cambiasso struck in rapid succession to wipe out CSKA's lead.

Worse was to follow for the army side though. With the same pair each striking again in the second half, Inter ran out comfortable 4-2 winners.

Valery Gazzaev's men now have no chance of qualifying for the knockout stages. It's Fenerbahche that look good for the second qualifying spot in group G following their 2-0 win at home to PSV.

CSKA now have to defeat PSV on November 27 to keep their UEFA Cup hopes alive.
