Artyom, do you think Russia needs all these socalled foreign specialists? I am not Russian and would like to work in Russia for a while if possible- but I do not support foreigners coming to Russia and treat the country as another Saudi Arabia to make lots of money and then leave.

The government needs to address this issue immidiately, this is not only serious, but a ridiculous problem.
