The satirical cartoon focuses on residents of a small town in Colorado. It often portrays celebrities and aspects of modern society in a funny, yet most unfavourable, way.
It doesn’t pull any punches and calls things as they are. Critics say South Park has managed to offend every minority in every society through its 11 seasons on air.
“It has the pulse of America more than anything else,” said Brian Dunphy, the course leader at CUNY’s Brooklyn College, explaining why the controversial animated comedy is perfect for discussing political correctness in today’s world.
“I think the best way to reach students is to make them laugh,” Dunphy told the New York Post. “Once they are paying attention, the discussion is very lively.”

South Park,despite the vulgarity,is a funny yet informative adult TV show.Though they have their own ways of making it vulgar or indecent it is still funny and if you watch the show there is a moral to the story at the end of every episode.You have to look past the obvious to see the brilliance in the end.Go Matt And Terry!!!!
