Dynamo Moscow basketball player Travis Hansen has received Russian citizenship and won't be counted as a foreigner in the championship anymore.

Hansen becomes the third American to get a “red passport”. CSKA's J. R. Holden and Kelly McCarthy from Khimki have already become adopted Russians.

The Dynamo guard might now play at the Beijing Olympics for his new country.

However, FIBA rules allow only one former American in each squad and that's likely to be J. R., who helped Russia win the European championships last year.
