Extreme frost heals winter blues

Winter approaches here in Russia. If you’ve ever suffered from the winter blues, a Russian physiotherapist has the answer – a chamber cooled to -110 degrees. Patients at the Moscow Physiotherapy Centre stand in the chamber for two minutes.
“Low temperatures cause your body to release endorphins, hormones of joy and pleasure sometimes referred to as ”natural drugs.« After one or two minutes, you enter the stage of relaxation,» said Mikhail Ogazhan, a physiotherapist.
