Figure skating champion Plushchenko single again

Saint Valentine's Day has arrived, and there's a piece of good news for all Russian girls, who haven't got a date yet. One of sport's most desired men, 25-year-old figure skating superstar Evgeny Plushchenko has finally got a divorce.
It all started back in 2005 when Plushchenko married student Maria Ermak. But nothing lasts forever, and this alliance lasted just for over a year, before the couple filed for divorce.
And it took them as long to get one. Their son's surname and a luxury apartment in Saint Petersburg were to be split.
The court ruling is as follows: Maria keeps the baby, and Evgeny keeps the flat.
From now on Plushchenko is to become a Sunday dad
As to the flat, the judge ruled – is not the couple's joint estate.
The apartment was a gift Evgeny received from President Vladimir Putin after clinching a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Turin in 2006.
