Big Sister is watching

A brothel in Prague is putting on a very different kind of sex show. Working girls are offering their services for free, but only if the men are prepared to perform on camera for a reality TV show.

Girls, like Tiffany, are up for it, even though they're now fully exposed. “There's a great atmosphere here, the managers are good to us, and we generally get good clients. It's safe here because Big Sister is always watching,” Tiffany explains.

Big Sister is a spin-off of the popular reality TV programme Big Brother. Here, men can get sex for free as long as they let their exploits be filmed and broadcast online. Voyeuristic subscribers then pay to watch, making Big Sister a profitable enterprise.

“If you have the chance to watch your neighbour having sex you'd probably take advantage of that. We offer it eight hours a day, live, and this is something different, it's the real thing. We don't have any censorship at all,” said Carl Borowitz, Marketing Director of Big Sister.

Every move in the place is recorded on cameras mounted anywhere from the bathroom to the bedpost. And with the live internet broadcasting any ordinary man, if he wishes, can get his 15 minutes of fame.
