From China with love - a book of speeches by Putin?

A 700-page collection of speeches delivered by Vladimir Putin during his term of office has been published in China, reports the Tvoy Den newspaper.
The book is meant for education, and under Chinese law not only is the outgoing Russian president denied any royalties, but he's also supposed to cover the publisher’s expenses.
The translator and publisher of the book has said he won’t charge Putin. “When it comes strengthening ties between our countries, thinking about money is inappropriate. It’s a gift from the Chinese government to Russia,” he said.
The collection will hit the shelves when Putin arrives in Beijing to visit the Olympics.
