Moscow beats Barcelona, still ranks low in most attractive cities rating

Moscow has scored 25th in the new rating of the most attractive cities in the world, drawn up by Foreign Policy Magazine. RT asked expats what stands in the capital’s way to increasing its popularity.

New York, Hong Kong and Seoul attractive cities? Come on. That is ridiculous. London, Paris, Rome,St. Petersburg, Moscow, Barcelona, Florence, Seville, Granada, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro...are attractive cities...but New York? Hong Kong? Seoul? They are just a bunch of big buildings without history, above all Hong Kong.
