Grandpa of funk gets down in Moscow - to his pants!

American funk legend George Clinton did not let his fans down when he played a dynamic gig at Moscow’s B1 club. After a few numbers, and having worked up a sweat, he decided to continue the show wearing just his underwear!
The grandfather of funk played in the capital with the Parliament-Funkadelic All Stars, bringing together musicians he's worked with over the years.
Parliament-Funkadelic is a funk music collective headed by Clinton, that specialises in the style of music known as P-Funk and performs under both the Parliament and Funkadelic names.
For more than half a century George Clinton has been a vital part of the global musical scene – his list of collaborators includes Outkast, Redman and even Tupac. Today, aged 66, he is still full of energy and his fans are always ready to accept any eccentricities.
Wearing only underwear was not the only surprise of the evening.
