Grannies go for the goal

Football does not have any age restrictions. A group of elderly women from the town of Jerez in Spain have formed, probably, one of the most mature football teams anywhere.
Having become bored with the usual aerobics sessions given to the elderly, these adventurous grannies started honing their football skills with regular training sessions.The pensioners, whose average age is 65, have been playing together for 4 years now.Most of these courageous sportswomen consider this sport to be a great way to stay healthy, to beat depression and “all these aches and pains”.
