Supporters of President Medvedev are to create a web portal called "Russia without Idiots."

The project has the backing of the government and is designed to draw attention to mistakes and poor decisions made by civil servants.

Any citizen will be able to register on the portal and record their negative experiences of the Russian civil service.

The information on the site will be used either to effect changes to the law, or to take measures against those civil servants who are named.

An interactive map displaying which areas have the highest concentration of administrative problems will also be going live.

Meanwhile, presidential hopeful Vladimir Putin has also published his election platform on a new website launched today by his campaign team. Putin outlines his personal vision, from fighting poverty at home, to boosting Russia's image and status abroad.

I have a complaint against the FBI.  I tried to ask them a simple question   today about a procedure because I could not find the answer on the internet, and they hung up on me (didn't even refer me to a better website or public access portal)--after all the attention they've paid me with their psychotronic weapons you'd think they'd "care."  ANd then they tried to frame me on top of it.  They are extremely rude and lack common sense.  The CIA (public affairs office) agent that I dealt with was even worse because not only did she not believe in aliens, she didn't see an invasion as a threat.  All threats are real! And I still want to be an experiment.  These people need to be novacained because they are seriously emo.  Yeah, I'm an "idiot" but I don't have an important job like that.  They need to evaluate themselves.
