Michael Walchhofer wins downhill

The men's Downhill World Cup has ended in Italy, with Michael Walchhofer claiming his second downhill race in as many days. The defending champion, eased to victory with a quarter of a second to spare, over his rival, Peter Fill.
Walchhofer's team-mate Mario Scheiber was third for the second successive day, pushing Bode Miller off the podium.Meanwhile, defending Olympic Champion, Antoine Deneriaz, who's enduring a wretched season so far, is out for the next three weeks with a knee injury, which he picked up before today's race.
