The world-famous American heavy metal band with even heavier make-up, Kiss, has given its first ever concert in Russia. It took them more than 30 years to make it to Moscow and fans are infatuated by the band's eccentric look, even more than their music.
“Many don't know any of our songs, but definitely know how we look,” Gene Simmons, Kiss’ bassist, once said.
In Moscow, Kiss performed for thousands of fans at the city's Olympiysky stadium.
The show included all their hits, including songs from the “Alive” album which rocketed the band to stardom after topping the charts in 1975.
