Russian Cannes Lion winning app shames parking offenders

As Moscow authorities continue fighting traffic jams by raising fines for incorrect parking in the streets of the capital, Prime Time talked to one of the creators of the app which enables users to name and shame those who commit parking offences.
Russian website “The Village” scooped a Cannes Lion Award for its mobile app "Parking Douche" at the end of June.
