“Most democratic symphony orchestra” performs in Moscow

An orchestra, playing traditional Russian instruments, has performed in Moscow's international house of music. Conducted by Nikolay Nekrasov, the concert also featured singing performances.
These musicians are sometimes called “the most democratic symphony orchestra”. They usually perform music that the audience asks them to play. The conductor says music of any country can be performed on traditional Russian instruments – the orchestra's repertoire includes English, French, Spanish and Italian compositions, with the later being the most popular. This concert featured music of traditional Italian dances, Neapolitan songs and even some opera hits.
