The “Personal Profile” festival has concluded in Moscow. Organised as part of the contemporary dance project “Tsekh”, it's also called the Festival of Non-verbal Theatre.
The final show featured the performance of a Russian choreographer, Olga Tsvetkova. For 40 minutes three protagonists are trying to sort out their relationships on stage.
Ms Tsvetkova, who also performs the leading female part, says that this production explores the reasons for misunderstanding between people. For her all the characters are living mannequins, who are used to mechanical actions. Mechanical love, mechanical friendship, and as a result – total isolation and loneliness.
