Pet haut-couture auctioned in Moscow

An auction of glamorous pet outfits and accessories has been held in one of Moscow’s cafes. The event was organised by an animal protection foundation to raise money for Russia’s homeless cats and dogs.
The visitors, accompanied by their stylish pets, wined and dined while they bid on costumes and accessories on show. All the items, from tiny dresses for chiwawas to jewel-studded handbags to carry them in, were created by a group of Russian designers especially for the evening.
