Pipe down please! Scots fed up with national instrument

Edinburgh has banned the playing of Scotland's national musical instrument – the bagpipes – on the city's main street. It comes after residents living near the Royal Mile made hundreds of calls complaining about the sound of the pipe
Around 20 musicians that used to play on the street to attract tourists are now banned.
If they ignore the new rules, they could be arrested and their instruments taken away.
