Pipe springs strange ice surprise

An unexpected 10-metre tall ice formation in Russia's Urals has been drawing attention. It grew on a punctured pipe after local officials made holes in it to prevent freezing along the line.
Coverage on television has led to the tower becoming an unlikely local atraction.
