Punxsutawney Phil predicts winter for 6 more weeks

America's most famous meteorologist, groundhog Phil, has forecast that winter will continue for six more weeks. Groundhog Day is a tradition that stretches back more than 120 years.
If the animal spots his own shadow, winter is set to continue. If he does not, spring is on its way.
This year Punxsutawney Phil spotted his shadow.
Despite his accuracy rate of 40 per cent, most Americans believe in the superstition.
