The government (so-to-speak) doesn't even see, how ridiculous their clumsy attepts to suppress Russian people look like. These crooks cannot start openly arresting people (like in Belorussia), for they afraid of international sanctions, that would strip them off their loot. So, they made up new "laws" and regulations every day in order to scare people off from antigovernment rallies and make it look legitimate. It doesn't work. Eventually, the tyrant will step over the line and end up in jail.
