The final of the Igor Larionov ?up has taken place in the town of Odintsovo in the Moscow region. The tournament features young stars-to-be from around the world. Two Russian sides contested the final.

Youngsters from Hockey Club (HC) Krylya Sovetov and HC Dmitrov showed lots of skill, much to the joy of the parents watching the game from the stands.

Regulation time ended in a seven-all draw, a score that not every NHL match can boast.

A goalless overtime took the kids into a shootout, where Dmitrov rode their luck and received the well-deserved Cup from double Olympic champion Igor Larionov.

“It was brilliant. I was really impressed by the skills of these boys. These Russian boys have played some very good hockey in the last six days,” Larionov observed.
