Russia's volleyball team have won silver at the World Cup in Japan and qualified for the Olympics.
Meanwhile, star player Semyon Poltavsky has criticised the structure of Russian volleyball as he and the rest of the squad returned from Japan.
Although the team got silver, Poltavsky says that isn't good enough.
“I feel disappointed for our fans. We haven't won any tournament since 2002. Things need to be changed. It's not the way they should go on,” he said.
“I'm happy we've qualified for the Olympics, but I’m a bit disappointed with second place. We need to win something eventually,” said Aleksey Verbov of the Russian team.
