Sand sculpting has become one of the most popular leisure activities of the summer. An international sand sculpting contest is in full swing at the Kolomenskoye Park in Moscow.
Sculptors from 12 countries including Russia, America, India, Italy, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Ireland and Belgium have been working on their giant masterpieces for over a week, building just about anything imaginable in sand.
