RT presents a collection of photos of Leningrad under siege by the Nazis, collaged with the views of present day St Petersburg. The artist dedicates his work to the anniversary of the day when the blockade was broken.

The pictures are courtesy of Sergey Larenkov, an amateur photographer and a proud citizen of St Petersburg.
