Shortlist revealed for 2016 Olympics

Four cities – Chicago, Tokyo, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro – remain in the running to host the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. The International Olympic Committee has revealed the shortlist of candidates in Athens.
Meantime, Doha (Qatar), Prague (Czech Republic) and Baku (Azerbaijan) have been eliminated from the running.
The winners will now have to start preparations and wait until October 2, 2009 when the finalist is due to be revealed in Copenhagen, Denmark.
