The market losses have affected the lives of traders in Russia. They say the situation is extremely sensitive, but there's no cause for panic.

Market trader Evgeny says he always knew his profession was not easy, but never imagined it would turn out to be so high pressured. The crazy days on the markets are the only thing he can think about.

A morning briefing used to be something extraordinary for him and his department, usually only happening at the end of the week to sum up results. But the ongoing brutal trading has made it a daily event. ‘How to avoid losses and overcome the slowdown’ is the slogan of the meetings.

But Evgeny says that with great risk come great possibilities: "Every crisis should be considered not only as a threat but a possibility to make extra profit if you have courage.
