Teenage supergirl aids a Siberian village

One Russian girl got fed up with her village not getting a look-in for vital funding and resources and took action. After repeatedly calling the regional governor she became his right hand woman.
Katya is always on her mobile phone, except she's not talking to her friends. She's talking to residents of her village – her phone is a hotline for those who want action to make Minino a better place.
Fed up with seeing problems in her north Siberian village left unresolved, she took matters into her own hands. Now she has power vested in her, to make things happen – even when she should be studying hard.
She has already fixed many problems in her hometown, including those of transport, water and electricity.
