U.S. warship visits Russian waters

A U.S. coastguard ship has arrived at the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in Russia's Far East. The U.S.S. “Boatwell” will take part in joint Search and Rescue exercises with the Russian patrol ship 'Magadanets'.
Talks will also take place concerning security in the Pacific Ocean.
Later in the week, a delegation of U.S. and Russian coastguards will head for a second sea-port in the area, Magadan, to meet with the region's governor.
