No sure why russia does not want to investigate this

How the hell do you know that this is a 'natural' fire or that putting it out will require future payment? Nature's Broom might just have been naturally stupid firestarting humans.

I wish you good luck in dealing with these fires. Wildfires can be a devastating problems for not only human lives but also the wildlife in these areas.
