A state of emergency has been declared in several eastern regions, where hundreds of wildfires are now raging.

There are witnesses that say the 2010 fires were started by haarp satelites
No sure why russia does not want to investigate this

How the hell do you know that this is a 'natural' fire or that putting it out will require future payment? Nature's Broom might just have been naturally stupid firestarting humans.

Fire is a natural process. It is mother natures broom, let them burn. Precautions should be taken to protect peoples homes and property otherwise let nature take it's course or you will pay an even heavier price in the future.

I wish you good luck in dealing with these fires. Wildfires can be a devastating problems for not only human lives but also the wildlife in these areas.
