Putin has salvaged Russia from recent troubled times. He is a pragmatist who uses his personal charisma, power and popularity to attack problems in Russia. Corruption is a cancer eating away at Russian society. But Putin is one man. Russia needs a system that the Russian people can trust to attack these problems, and Putin must use his leadership to deliver this.
Two or three points: 1 Prime Minister Putin is well disciplined and believes in what he does. 2. Does he enjoy his work? 3. He goes on vacations and has a private life 4. Serving a nation the size of Russia is a tough job he readily accepts. Personally, I trust and respect Prime Minister Putin.

The first question to ask is whether Prime Minister Putin is a Billionaire. He projects the image of being a CHAMPION for the poor and common people of Russia. This is practically impossible, if he is a billionaire, because the super rich never really care about anything but accumulating more billions. Hopefully, he is sincere and is an advocate for the working people, not the OLIGARCHS {billionaires} who own the property and control most of the world's wealth. P. M. Putin has impressed most people in a very positive way. It would be unfortunate to find out that he is ,in fact, one of them {a billionaire}.
